On a side note - the wrist band Jake has on is from the pool. For the first time he was able to pass the swim test and is now free to swim in the deep end and go down the waterslide. He is SUPER proud - although I'm still nervous and watch him like a hawk! But he doesn't know that. ;)

The garden isn't that desolate! We also have two carrots! and a corn stalk...maybe... :)
Maybe there's a good cucumber cookie recipe out there somewhere...
Ack! Who is that tall, handsome boy?! Soon he's going to be all muscly and grown up and I'm going to have to think of mature things like Starbucks Gift Cards to give to him at Christmas!

kinda sounds like my garden! oh well, at least the kids have fun poking around out there! :) I was just admiring his wonderful tan and thinking he looked like a guy who'd spent a whole bunch of time at the pool! What a cutie-serious heartbreaker, that's for sure!
