Vacation - day 5

Our last day was probably one of my favorites. We started out at a place called "happy isles". It was a river in it's low season that ran through rocks and had pretty bridges. We climbed rocks and logs across the water for a long time - it was so peaceful! Later we took a bus up the hills to "glacier point". Talk about a gorgeous view!
The last picture is the cabin that we stayed in that night. It was just a wood frame with canvas walls. The box we are sitting on is our bear box. You have to put all of your food in there - it can't be in your car or your cabin since bears have a keen sense of smell and like human food! Fortunately we didn't have any run-ins with bears. Five days after we stayed in our "tent" there was a rockslide that landed on that little village. I'm glad we were gone!

These are such great photos! I love the one of the three boys up top the most, but I also love the one of Bri and the boys on the rocks by the river, it's just so truly them, but mostly because it cracks me up how Bri's shorts blend in with his legs and it looks like he's wearing blue shortshorts, which is so truly NOT him.
