Vacation - day 2

On Tuesday we spent most of the day on the road. We drove from Las Vegas to the east side of Yosemite and then all the way through the park to get to our hotel on the west side. We did stop once we were in the park for a small hike. It was beautiful there - large cliffs, trees, lakes, waterfalls, and rocks for the boys to throw to their hearts content! The road was a little scary - there was no guardrail and a sharp drop-off on one side but there was so much to look at that I was distracted. Our last day there they closed that road closed because it started snowing in the high elevations - I'm glad we drove it in good weather! Day 3 to come later!!

What a contrast to the desert! But it looks like someone found some dinasaurs!

I love the picture of the boys in the creek. Well, on a log, in the creek. :) Is that also a GIGANTIC geeky camera bag over your shoulder Stacy? I'm proud of you!

"I got me a camera, Yo!"
Jake looks like he's flashing gang signs...only they were edited out...what would they be? D.T.? (desert turtles) 29 P.? BBB? (boistrous blomquist boys)

You guys have so much fun. Thanks for flaunting, um, I mean sharing it with the rest of us =)
